Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the services provided by FirstGo Cabs. By booking, accessing, or using any service offered by First Go Cabs, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
All bookings made with FirstGo Cabs are subject to availability, operational feasibility, and confirmation by the company. The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including pickup location, drop-off location, contact number, date, and time of travel. FirstGo Cabs shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, or inconvenience arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
The fare applicable to any booking shall be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, distance traveled, travel duration, route, tolls, taxes, parking charges, waiting time, and any additional stops or changes requested by the customer. The customer agrees to pay all applicable charges in full through the payment methods approved by FirstGo Cabs.
Cancellation of bookings may be permitted in accordance with the company’s cancellation policy in effect at the relevant time. Cancellations made after confirmation or driver allocation may attract cancellation charges. Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed within a reasonable time and in accordance with the payment method used. No refund shall ordinarily be available once the trip has commenced, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by the company.
The customer shall use the services lawfully, responsibly, and respectfully. Any abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or inappropriate conduct toward drivers, staff, or company representatives shall entitle FirstGo Cabs to suspend or terminate the service immediately without liability or refund. The customer shall also be liable for any damage caused to the vehicle or company property due to willful misconduct, negligence, or misuse.
FirstGo Cabs shall make reasonable efforts to provide timely and efficient transportation services. However, the company does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free service and shall not be liable for delays, service interruptions, or failure to perform arising from traffic congestion, adverse weather, vehicle breakdown, road conditions, governmental restrictions, strikes, accidents, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, missed appointments, missed travel connections, or loss of opportunity arising out of or in connection with the use of its services. Customers are solely responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during and after the journey, and First Go Cabs shall not be responsible for any item lost, forgotten, stolen, or damaged in the vehicle.
FirstGo Cabs reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes shall become effective upon being published or otherwise communicated by the company. Continued use of the services after such revision shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which First Go Cabs operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
